We’re an ecommerce business dedicated to providing unique and custom made products to customers.
As all creations are printed and created for customers during the point of sale, all sales of artwork, prints, apparel and other products offered on DarlingDC.com are final. Due to the nature of these customized and made-to-order goods, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for most items except in the following circumstances:
Contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges may be offered at our expense and discretion. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore DarlingDC.com reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Missing elements or differing aspects of a product. Buyers will be informed at checkout that versions of products shown on the site may vary or differ slightly from the final printed or manufactured goods. However, if a finished product is missing elements entirely or significantly differs from the product represented at sale, we will issue a refund upon the return of the product within 7 days of delivery.
Erroneous orders or printing errors where the wrong product has been sent or there was an error in production. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for our own errors. In these situations, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
If we ship a product to you via a third party that party may specify return instructions in the shipment. If the instructions are missing or unclear, please contact support@darlingdc.com for guidance.
All other situations are non-refundable. Due to the bespoke nature of the goods we offer, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are unwanted, the wrong size, or where a customer’s expectations were not met.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible to avoid confusion. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to review item specifics and policies before purchase.
